The Hobin name has always been synonymous with urban architecture. Over the years of practice our expertise has grown to include virtually all forms and tenancies including custom homes, urban low-rise infill, social housing, high-rise and mixed-use projects and a variety of special care and outreach facilities. Through this body of work we have built a keen understanding of the housing market, construction trends and trade capabilities.

With much of our work focused in the urban core, we have gained a great deal of experience in the development of sensitive projects involving complex approvals & municipal negotiations, sites having archaeological or heritage interest, and brownfields remediation.

We design each project knowing that we are also building communities. Each design is part of a greater story which continues to develop. We understand that our work can have an impact and we value this challenge above all else.
