Wendy Brawley

Wendy is a partner in the firm and has been part of our team since 1989. Her experience with clients such as the City of Ottawa, County of Renfrew, University of Ottawa, Carleton University, Saint Paul University, Jewish Community Campus, Ottawa Police Service and the Long-Term Care Sector has provided her with a unique skillset in working collaboratively with multi-headed institutional organizations.

Wendy was the Partner in Charge for the multiple award-winning James Bartleman Archives and Library Materials Centre (LEED Gold), in addition to numerous complex projects in the institutional sector such as Valour K-12 School and the uOttawa Lees Avenue Campus Redevelopment. Wendy has extensive experience working closely with owner representatives and clients with complex managerial structures, with the firm belief that a collaborative approach creates a better project for all.

Wendy has become known for her innovative design approach which leverages opportunities for added value. This “thinking outside the box” extends to project delivery, where she has managed a variety of contract types to best suit the current market conditions, availability of trades and construction schedule.
