
Wendy is a Partner at the firm with over 35 years of experience leading complex institutional projects across Eastern Ontario. Her work with clients such as the City of Ottawa, County of Renfrew, University of Ottawa, Carleton University, Saint Paul University, Jewish Community Campus, Ottawa Police Service, and the Long-Term Care sector has equipped her with a deep understanding of navigating multi-stakeholder environments and delivering projects that balance diverse institutional needs.

She served as Partner in Charge for the award-winning City of Ottawa James Bartleman Archives and Library Materials Centre, a LEED Gold-certified facility recognized for its innovation and sustainability. Wendy has also led major institutional projects such as Valour K-12 School and the University of Ottawa Lees Avenue Campus Redevelopment, demonstrating her ability to manage large-scale, multifaceted developments from concept to completion.
Known for her strategic and innovative design thinking, Wendy consistently identifies opportunities to deliver added value through both design and project delivery. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, believing that inclusive engagement with clients and stakeholders leads to better outcomes for all.

Wendy has successfully delivered projects under a variety of contract models—including Design-Bid-Build, Construction Management, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)—tailoring each approach to suit market conditions, trade availability, and construction timelines. Her leadership and adaptability continue to shape the firm’s reputation for excellence in institutional architecture.
