
Todd Duckworth is an Intern Architect and Associate at Hobin Architecture with over a decade of experience designing custom residential, mixed-use, and community projects. After completing his Master of Architecture at Carleton University’s Azrieli School of Architecture & Urbanism, Todd joined Hobin Architecture full-time, following an earlier co-op placement with the firm.
Todd has built a reputation for thoughtful, innovative design, contributing to projects that have earned residential design awards at both regional and national levels. His portfolio spans custom homes for distinguished clients, multi-unit residential developments, and institutional spaces that enrich communities. Notable projects include Greystone Village, The Haven Multifaith Housing Initiative, and the redevelopment of 1140 Wellington Street West.
With a deep understanding of Ottawa’s Zoning By-law and Infill Housing Guidelines, Todd brings expertise in navigating complex approvals processes. His commitment to community extends beyond his architectural work—he serves on the Board of Directors for the Holland Properties Association, supporting its mission to provide safe, affordable housing for survivors of homelessness and foster inclusive communities.
