Reinhard plays a key role in the development and execution of contract documents and the administration of construction contracts for a wide range of institutional and commercial projects at Hobin Architecture. He brings a strong command of architectural workflows and construction detailing, a deep understanding of the Ontario Building Code, local bylaws, and a variety of construction contract types.

Notable achievements include leading contract administration for two newly constructed, state-of-the-art long-term care homes in Arnprior and Athens, Ontario, collectively providing over 380 care beds. Over the past decade, Reinhard has also led the working drawings and contract administration for multiple school projects, community buildings, and commercial developments.

His extensive experience in site coordination spans projects of varying scale and complexity, where he has navigated challenges related to scheduling, constructability, and technical resolution. Reinhard’s active involvement throughout the construction phase ensures the effective delivery of architectural services in fast-paced environments.

Beyond his project work, Reinhard contributes to the firm’s culture as a member of the social committee, helping to organize field trips and team-building events that strengthen collaboration and morale.
