Laura Clark

Architect

Laura Clark is an Architect at Hobin Architecture, where she brings a thoughtful and highly collaborative approach to a diverse range of projects, including mixed-use developments, master plans, institutional work, and multi-unit residential communities. Since joining the firm in 2021, Laura has become a valued member of the team, contributing across all phases of a project—from early concepts through approvals and detailed construction documentation. Her ability to coordinate seamlessly with clients, consultants, and municipal authorities helps move complex projects forward with clarity and care.

A graduate of Carleton University’s Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism, Laura holds a Master of Architecture and was awarded the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada Medal for her thesis work. Her strong technical foundation and attention to detail support well-executed, buildable design solutions.

Laura is also passionate about mentorship and education. She has served as a teaching assistant and recently led ARCS 2105 Studio 2 at Carleton University, reflecting her commitment to supporting the next generation of designers while continuing to develop her professional expertise. She is also an active and engaged member of Hobin Architecture’s social committee, contributing to firm culture and fostering a strong sense of community within the studio.
