Hobin Architecture’s Commitment to Service During COVID-19

March 17, 2020

Committed to Our Community

As we have recently seen, the pace of change with respect to the COVID-19 outbreak is challenging to all Canadians in both our personal and work lives. Hobin Architecture is committed to doing our part when it comes to the health and safety of our staff, clients and colleagues, the general public, and our valued health care workers. We are observing the recommendations of our trusted health officials to minimize the stress on our economy and health system, and urge others to do the same.

Service First

With that said, each and every project in our roster is equally important to us. We have implemented a framework that will allow project personnel at all levels to remain productive, communicative and available throughout this process. Effective immediately, most of our team are working from home. Staff will be checking e-mail regularly. When we can’t be reached by phone, our voicemail will provide instructions on how best to reach us. Rest assured, we are committed to business continuity.

Collaboration

Through the combined efforts of our own team, our extended family of design consultants as well as our construction partners and front-line workers on our project sites, we will get through this as smoothly as possible. Together, we will embrace new ways of thinking and communicating, by harnessing technology and by keeping a positive and open mind. We will all benefit from this in the long run. We also invite our Clients to choose their preferred means of collaborating at a distance, be it by phone, e-mail, face-to-face video chat or virtual conference room.

We will revise our policies as things evolve to best suit the conditions that are presented. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to satisfy them.

Wishing you and your families good health,

Hobin Architecture
