Todd Duckworth

Associate, Intern Architect, OAA

Todd Duckworth is an Intern Architect and Associate at Hobin Architecture with over a decade of experience contributing to residential, mixed-use, and community-focused projects. A graduate of Carleton University’s Azrieli School of Architecture & Urbanism, Todd joined Hobin full-time following a co-op placement with the firm. Since then, he has built a reputation for thoughtful, innovative design and has played a key role on projects recognized with residential design awards at both the regional and national levels.

Todd’s portfolio includes custom homes, multi-unit residential developments, and institutional projects that enhance the communities they serve. Notable work includes Greystone Village, The Haven Multifaith Housing Initiative, and the redevelopment of 1140 Wellington Street West. With a strong understanding of Ottawa’s Zoning By-law and Infill Housing Guidelines, Todd is well-versed in navigating complex approval processes and helping move projects from concept through completion.

Beyond his architectural work, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Holland Properties Association, supporting its mission to provide safe, affordable housing and foster inclusive communities.
