Westboro Station

description

Westboro Station is a multi-phase redevelopment of the wedge-shaped block bordered by Richmond Road, Golden Avenue, Byron Avenue and Roosevelt Avenue in Westboro. The project's name comes from the historic Byron Avenue trolley line that once served the area.

Wide pedestrian walkways encircle the building, encouraging pedestrians to walk and explore the shops and services on the main level. The Byron Avenue elevation at street level is expressed as townhouses with individual entrances. Parking access is strategically placed to the south to keep a continuous and street-friendly retail front on Richmond Road.
